Christmas celebrates more than a birth—it commemorates the beginning of our rescue mission. Christ wasn't just born; He was sent to die for us. Before the foundation of the world, God planned this moment when His Son would enter humanity's mess, not to observe from a distance, but to crawl into our brokenness and pull us out. One act of disobedience brought sin and death into the world, but one act of perfect obedience brought grace and life. Today, reflect on the magnitude of God's love—He didn't wait for us to clean ourselves up. He came to us, in our mess, offering complete transformation. The cross was enough. Your past doesn't define you; His sacrifice does.
